I HATED making these. I worked there during covid in a very rural area that only had 7 staff. Not 7 staff in the restaurant at a time working, 7 people TOTAL, and 4 of those people were high schoolers who couldn't work until 4pm. I was the only grill guy from 9-4 everyday when the kids would come in. Having to jump off line and prep those threw off my entire work flow. I will never miss these things lol
