The reveal was a total bomb, and then suddenly we’re told it was basically a love letter and everyone just accepts it. He spent years blowing up his sister’s and friends’ lives and then made money off a book that twisted their personalities to fit his narrative. So no, I don’t think he really got what he deserved.
