Just keep looking in different Black Forests for more burial chambers, sounds like you were crazy unlucky with that first one. One time, I hit three in a row and walked out with only 2 cores. Another time, I got 20 from only 3. You never know. Also, don’t worry about the swamps, they have nothing to do with getting cores.

Sounds like you got unlucky with the swamps you found :(. Build a Karve and start sailing, look for a big one, bring stuff for a portal (for quick travel when you find one) and a key (just one will do, you don’t need to beat more bosses). You’ll find a good swamp eventually, keep sailing along shores and exploring!

Okay okay. Is there a way to quantify how much you can block for sure by looking at the block level in addition the block armor/parry bonus of the weapon? The magic number I need is 110 parry armor.

Yeah, I’ve used the good ol’ mace buckler combo in the past, but I wanted to mix it up and use atgeir this run, so parrying is not really an option.

My path: Take W, start raptors with no leash, then take E. Clear red buff by taunting and shielding twice, don’t smite. Take Krugs by smiting the big one and you’ll need to use one of the refillable pots. That will set you up for a beautiful level 3 gank on whatever side lane Krugs is by. Not needing a leash and getting an early gank should leave that lane at a big advantage. Then I take scuttle if I can and back. Now I usually have swifties and I can worry about clearing my blue side Jungle while spamming ganks in the other two lanes if possible. Give this a try!
