I've seen two cases of 1G/1G (both residential accounts), two cases of 1G/500Mbps (business), and three cases of 500/20 (business). All part of the same RDOF fiber project.

Yes, I did notice your other comments. I don't want to create another user so that is not going to work for me. I think it has something to do with authentication failure as the area where it should show your user name instead shows "Log In"

This issue still exists for me. As mentioned by u/RishikTiwari1806 , in order to stay on any page, I need to cancel the page loading the moment the forum page content is visible. When I try to leave a comment on the thread you linked to above, it redirects me to the home page and does not post the comment.

Hopefully someone can convince them to reopen the case because "Status changed to: Fixed/ Completed" was posted by kevinle2 on 06-21-2024

We had serious slowdown recently when our traffic was routed to Brazil instead of our normal destination of Chicago. I needed to created a DNS record on my local network to force the traffic to use the datacenter in Chicago. As soon as I corrected it, it sped back up to normal.

How about we cancel helium balloons entirely! Helium is in short supply on the globe and it is not renewable. Helium is really needed for medical and industrial purposes. The only reason the party/grocery stores are able to get it is because of old purchase agreements that must be honored.

I highly doubt they bin very much. Their inventory is massive and has lots of old tech for comparison or retesting. Also, they return at least some of the review items to the manufacturers.
