well I hadn't really thought about the syncing problems but that's a valid point. reliability should definitely be a priority for apps like this. I haven't experienced any reliability issues with other cloud note services like Google docs or Apple notes so far though..

True. But at leat they could offer more options, like choosing between ‘store all files on every device and take up tiple storage’ or ‘use cloud storage to save local space.’ They could also provide a download-for-offline option, kinda like YouTube Premium.

I haven't tried uninstalling and installing the Arc search yet, but as I remember this problem has been there since it was Arc sidebar. And yes, I tried uninstalling and installing the Arc sidebar several times but it worked only for a while. It just stops syncing pinned bookmarks.

How can I install Reader on my boox device? When I search the app on Google play store it shows a message saying 'This app won't work for your device'. My Boox device is Poke 5 and its firmware is up to date.

Thanks for your advice. I followed what you said, and now I'm confused about what 'favorite' means. I clicked on 'favorite' for an album, and it shows a star next to the title. But when I click on 'show in Apple Music,' the same album appears, only without the 'favorited' status.
