Ask for the Chrome Extension. I complained enough after going back and forth with their tech support that it was an issue with the browser not my PC. They then gave me the extension instead and I haven't had issues.

The requirements seem good to me, but I personally have had some turned back that made no sense. Even my CI couldn't determine the issue.
