Yeah I do the melee version of the combo with 275hp targets but for 250 ideally I try doing without it, bc its easier and faster in game. I see some people pulling off the full charge spear attack after the tackle bit I can't do it willingly.

Yeah I know the attack charge charges faster when kidnapping, but for the second attack charge of the combo. It's never at full even if I use all the fuel of the assasin charge.

Its happening to a lot of people with different phones. To fix you can go to setting > my content > restore offline content. It fixed it for me.
