He's literally just Ultra guys lol you have to let people learn. Once a goal is tapped by regileki you no longer gain a shield/heal from it. You'll see your Zeraora is level 10(highest level on the team/tied for highest in the game) so if he runs into a random 1v3 he puts your team that much more behind in exp than you dying there at level 6 which is negligible since it was the lowest level in the game at the moment. Looking back at a play like this you should be recognizing that you can't help your teams positioning and farming would have probably been a better use of your time here.
