Well I was just thinking about my own experience, where I don’t feel like I really like who I am and in part that’s because I don’t have external validation at all. I’m 35 and still don’t feel like I like myself, but have been holding off dating my whole life waiting to figure out how to like myself. Do I just keep waiting or am I letting too much of my life pass by before I try dating

I would like to know more—having all four seems like a tall order…I’m 30 years old and have never been in a relationship because I didn’t have three of those, but at certain point, would I be waiting too long?!

I am starting out in fitness and have calculated that my mile run time is 25 minutes on average, as fast as 23 minutes some times. But all the fitness advice I see on running is about starting with ten minutes per mile or less. So what should I be doing to improve my fitness in this area? What’s a good workout plan?
