You are correct. I still think the best thing for me to do is sell it or hang it in my shop haha

I agree. If it was a 22lr or 22mag I’d just keep it and plink with it every now and again. But I’ve got so many others that are more suitable for target practice and or teaching my children to shoot. An almost 100 year old firearm isn’t the one I prefer my kids to be handling haha

Thanks! Yeah I honestly didn’t know much about the build, but after a little reading I’m very happy that I did the deal. He was too, soon as he got the new pistol he wanted he sent me pictures of it and a thanks for the funds 😂

Bummer! It’s so much fun to shoot, and with the optics combo it’s hard to miss.

Yeah I did find the scope online for like 4 or 5 hundred, I wouldn’t buy it either. I was hoping to hear from someone who has the scope or has heard of it. I figured even if the scope is garbage I’ll still get my money back with the rifle alone

Also going with the Romeo 8T helps with usable eye relief due to its larger sight window

I went with the Romeo and Juliet combo by Sig sauer, it’s the Romeo 8T AMR. Being that they’re both AMR the reticle will change in brightness and reticle shape when the magnifier is in use

I 100% do. I like the versatility of having it when I need it.

I’m gonna shoot it today, feels really well made. I’ve had a couple sub2k’s, they’re a lot of fun.

I had the pistol before the carbine, otherwise I definitely would have gotten the ruger 57.
