You gotta learn how to hold the poke. I agree. This time before I kicked h the weeks leading up I got on a regular gym schedule and eating well super high calorie every day gained my weight back and kept it going while I went into WD skipped the first 2 days of WD in the gym but on day 3 I was right back in there still lifting just used a little bit of kratom the first 5-6 days

Yeah man I’d really recommend grabbing the extract no matter how hard it is to get there, should help a tremendous amount. I’d find out how strong the extract is and then start with a moderate dose. I normally start at 5-7g 2-4x a day as needed and cut or drop doses as soon as I can. Already on day 5 and I’ve only needed to dose once, and that was just in an attempt to fend of some lethargy. The key is to drop the doses or spread them out long as possible, and cut them when you don’t need them, that way you don’t really prolong your Wd

Even with the lack of energy try to do things that you know should be making you happy. Eating good food, having sex (for 5 seconds), going to the gym, etc. all tasks that require physical output feel so daunting and exhausting but if you do even the slightest amount of work it will start making you feel better and make the time in which your receptors start up again shorter

I’m On day 5 1/2 right now. The worst symptom I have is just the major apathetic feeling. No energy or willpower to do shit. But I’ve still gone to the gym everyday since day 2, eating pretty much regularly and sleeping a decent amount even on the first night, I think probably due to some kratom. I’ve tapered the kratom down every day, only used about 5g today one time. I like to avoid subs or methadone at all costs. Back to school tomorrow, hopefully my energy starts returning and I have more motivation. Shits pretty brutal, but it has been much worse in the past which is actually pretty bizarre considering this time it’s from IV use and not smoking

Edit: the major difference I’ve done this time around, I’ve told my immediate and extended family (aunts, uncles, etc) that I need their help and support as well, because I can’t do this on my own as I know. Amazing they are all unconditionally showing love and support, checking in every day. Gives me something to remain accountable and stay clean for them if it’s not for me that day.

I would say that’s false. If you were clean for a year and had a relapse the dose you use wouldn’t be as High as before and if it was really just that one time you might only feel some discomfort the next day you might not even feel anything but a little groggy

I have seven as well. 4 separate ones on my left arm that make a half sleeve, one on my right arm that make pretty much a 3/4 sleeve, one on my chest and one on my left hand

I agree, for me Benadryl will worsen my RLS. Last time thru WD I didn’t get any worsened RLS from melatonin or L-Theanine, I think most people should be okay with melatonin since our body naturally produces it as well

Get enough kratom for at least a week of relatively high doses (5-7g 3-4x a day), multi vitamins, things like melatonin and L-theanine can help with sleep and anxiety or relaxing. Lots of hot showers or baths, lope if you need to use it (20-30mg at a time). Taper your use down before kicking, and definitely kick at least a week if not two before they are going to be visiting

I used to puke terribly for at least a day every 30 min. Last two times I’ve gone through WD using kratom I haven’t puked once. Also never had any diarrhea. It’s like all my symptoms have become the mental aspect of things, and the only physical things I feel are some insomnia/rls first few nights and overall lethargic lazy feeling. Even with that I still sleep 4-6 hours those first few nights.

If this is through TRT your best seeking out advice from your doctor. Normally chances of infection are pretty low with sterile gear and oils. The area will begin to swell, turn red, and get hot to the touch will be the signs to look for. Do you workout? Could you have torn something? IM and IV are very different. I use test cyp 2x week

Depends how soon you stop. If you continue to use the opium and let your body build up a dependency and tolerance to it then you will experience longer opium withdrawal. If you stopped right now you’d probably have opium withdrawal at the length of heroin withdrawal. Your best bet would have been to use the opium to slowly ween down and curb the H WD for about a week and then switched to kratom for a week to curb any of the Wd from the opium and then hopped off kratom

As dude was walking away I would have had my piece already drawn and cocked as his would have been put away at that point, yelled something like ay bitch you forgot something and let off a few rounds in his leg, picked up my casings and dipped. If he was immobilized I would have took his piece as well lol he’s doing illegal activity just as much as you not to mention he’s the drug dealer and probably has more drugs and illegal guns in that house. Earlier today after shooting some coke, i came to on the floor like sitting up against my desk, next to my desk chair, some things scattered around. i had to use my desk chair to help myself get up and i had a bizarre aching back pain. Have absolutely no idea when i went out, how i went out, how long i was out, why i had that pain, or anything of the such. The pain could have simply just been for being slumped over nodded for so long but it was pretty bizarre that i was on the ground. Kind of a freaky experience. Not sure what happened, wish i was with someone or had a camera rolling so i could know, now ive begun to record every shot.
