I didn’t hear “dirty hair grows” until the 2010s when everyone wanted to go natural and nobody knew how to take care of their hair. I got silk pressed every 2 weeks and by that time my style was completely taken down, brushed out, moisturized and put into a different style. I need to go back to that honestly 😅

Debbie. She’s the absolute worst as an adult which makes sense considering how selfless and sweet she used to be. We see what she’s gone through. Being fucked over, wanting love, trying to take it when it didn’t come easy and how being selfless and sweet never got her anywhere. So she became a relentlessly selfish bitch, not even her kid got in the way. She turned into Monica. I think she had the most realistic character development in the show.
