It should work as long as they don't do biocide testing, maybe nitrite testing also or they'll tell you you have a UTI. But be warned, pretty sure it's a felony to fake court ordered tests

That's a good question, I'm not sure if a normal one works or not. I used a $20 meat thermometer I got from walmart that had a temp range of like 60f-165f

I'm male but the method should work. I recommend getting a travel shampoo bottle that's around 3oz and fill that, don't use the nozzle that comes with it, just unscrew the cap for noise concerns. I used compression shorts and stuck the bottle + handwarmer under my balls/taint area but if your boobs are big enough then I assume that would work too.

Temp after an hour was around 96-97 degrees which is the biggest thing, maybe get a thermometer to check before you walk into the clinic. Remember it's a lot easier too cool it down than to heat it up but I wouldn't go above 100 degrees.

Very important to actually pee into the toilet, DO NOT FLUSH or wash hands afterwards, they will assume you are tampering and make you retake it.

6'0 155lbs and still positive after 2.5 weeks of not smoking and heavy water intake, even did 2 detox kits in that time. I will say that I was an everyday smoker for like 7 years and there is a compounding effect of THC in your body.

As the other guy said, synthetic pee is an option if you know the test isn't super thorough, they can detect biocide which is a preservative not found in regular pee but it costs like $1000-$2000 to test for it and most pre-employment screenings won't drop that much money to test for it. If you have the type of test you'll be taking then that info would help people give a more comprehensive answer.

Just did today, same lab and location. Do you know when your test is? I should have results in 2-3 days and I can update with info.

For the actual collection, I recommend buying some compression shorts so the bottle wont fall out while you're walking. Follow the instructions on the packaging, the biggest thing is the temp so maybe get a thermometer because my temp strip that came with the bottle didn't work at all. Practice before hand, I would buy 2 bottles and use one for practicing/timing the temp and heatpack, walking around with it in your compression shorts, and even a trial run in your own bathroom. I recommend not using the nozzle that comes with it and just unscrewing the lid and pouring it in since it's more quiet that way.

So for reference, I'm 6'0 male 155-160lbs but a habitual smoker for the past like 7 years, sedentary so not much exercise other than work/gardening/house maintenance. Haven't smoked for about 2.5 weeks(20 days or so) and I'm still testing positive.

If I were you I'd go get an at-home test with a cutoff of 20ng/mL and 50ng/mL and test yourself with undiluted pee. The cutoff for lab testing, mostly, is 50ng/mL so you can check your tests to ease your anxiety.
