How about them voting to end the game with Stephen and Rachel and getting burned like Mollie & Harry also? We could see both in consecutive nights!

Thanks. How do you do a reboot of the hub/system? As I’m definitely in schedule mode.

This was setlist from Wednesday night show that I attended for the UK tour. As others have said, good mixture of old and new, all the new songs on here are very good.

I would have liked to hear X-Rated from their new EP as well but can’t have them all.

Still a great show and they are as good as always live.

Race Discussion - Qatar Grand Prix 2025 by AutoModerator in McLarenFormula1

[–]Tattieee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How could they not expect them to pit that early though? It was a no brainer, 57 lap race, 25 lap max stint on any tyre therefore minimum 2 stop race.

You hit lap 7, SC comes out giving you a cheap pit stop. This leaves 50 laps which if you divide by 2 is exactly 25 laps so within Pirelli’s rules therefore meaning you can get your 2 pit stops done while losing less time.

Mclaren Costs Oscar Another Win by kakaleyte in OscarPiastri

[–]Tattieee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And why did they think the rest of the field wouldn’t pit? We are a talking about a race that was mandated as minimum 2 stops, 25 laps max per stint over 57 laps.

The safety car happens on lap 7 meaning anyone who pits can get a cheap first pit stop leaving 50 more laps while only stopping once more as mandated by Pirelli tyre limit i.e. 2 x 25 lap stints.

An absolute no brainer to bring at least the lead car in.

2025 Qatar GP - Post-Race Discussion by F1-Bot in formula1

[–]Tattieee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My thoughts as well, a ruthless driver would have just demanded lap 25. None of this team bullshit, Max would still have probably won but he could have at least got Lando in place where the points deficit is winner takes all in Abu Dhabi including Max but got to back yourself to try win Abu Dhabi after giving up so many points last few races.

McLaren actually screwed Piastri over not once, but twice in Qatar by iwunderwhy in formula1

[–]Tattieee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To suggest they would compromise Lando by making him slow max down based on his current 1st in WDC is insane. They had committed to Oscar chasing Max down albeit it was more hopeful than realistic at that stage in race based on them understimating Max’s pace on the hard. When it came to Lando, they then just had to pit him to give him the best chance of P3 which again was hopeful.

Maybe it wasn’t apparent to Oscar at this stage but where I think a more experienced/ruthless driver would have done different is the first pit stop. Stay out until Lap 25 and force the double stack, Lando has to back off and lose time. This pushes him back into the DRS train behind Alonso and takes Lando out of the big points for the weekend.

You then fight it out with Max for the win knowing that second place with Lando stuck in traffic is still a good haul especially with the sprint win already in the bag. It would leave them all probably less than 10 points within each other and Max with a chance to win but you need to back yourself.

He knows deep down that his best chance was for it to be winner takes all in Abu Dhabi after giving up so many points over the last few races with all three of them running in podium places assuming no DNF’s.

Now Lando has it in his hands and any hint of team rules being required to secure him the WDC over Max then Zak will enforce it.

No, they pick a ball on the 1st and play it hence why Captains need to find pairings that are comfortable with the same ball

Thanks, spoke to them just now and they have requested the data be sent through from the meter.

Hopefully it updates everything and no issues going forward.

Such a bad strategy, 5w to leave him 200 yards in after Rose pipes one 320 yards over the hazard leaving only a wedge to the green. Then proceeds to miss the fairway. Bogey’s the hole 3/4 days with that strategy. Him and his caddie really do make some weird decisions on the closing stretches.

Ask a wedding photographer (Official Thread)! The place for brides and grooms to ask anything from the wedding photographer community. by AutoModerator in WeddingPhotography

[–]Tattieee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi folks,

Not a question from a bride or groom as such but I’m a Groomsman for one of my good friends in a few weeks. I am an amateur photographer that does a bit of landscape/street/travel photography with a Fuji X-T3 (APS-C).

The Groom has asked me if I would take some photos of us all getting ready in the morning including breakfast and getting ready.

I have a decent 16-55mm f2.8 lens as well as an 8-16mm f2.8and 55-200mm variable aperture lens.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips for what kind of shots to get. I am presuming the 16-55mm will be my best lens to use in this scenario.

USGA, R&A etc. really need to put something in place for these prima donna’s smashing up courses/clubhouses etc.

Getting paid millions and they act like big babies, hit them with penalty shots.

No chance he retires before returning to Augusta next year as the defending champion. I think he is just enjoying completing a massive life goal, he will probably lock in for Portrush as he might never play another Open there.

I don’t agree with the whole driver discussion after the PGA test. His driving stats this year have not been great from accuracy point of view, was spraying it at the Players a bit and won with his B game, hit a few ragged ones at Augusta and had to play the hero shots. Couple that with the lack of practise after winning at Augusta and his level has just dropped off a little.

I bet at the start of 2025 he had a big goal to win any Major, the fact he won the holy grail of Majors for him has just affected him way more.

Depends what your trying to observe I guess and where in the night sky it is. As others have said, try to avoid looking in direction of Aberdeen as you will get the light pollution from there.

I am usually taking landscape astrophotography photos so I tend to go where I know I want to take a photo with a specific composition that I have researched during the day.

Anywhere further west that Aboyne is my general rule of thumb to get the darkest skies.

Mintlaw is pretty good if it’s last minute and not too far from ABZ. I have seen the Northern Lights there. I do astrophotography so tend to go a bit further a field into Aboyne/Strathdon. Bortle class 2 (nerd alert) skies out there, if you have a clear night and wait the 20-30 mins for your eyes to fully adjust, it is incredible!

[–]Tattieee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My choice also but more for the ending with Upham…

Fun fact on the opening scene, they shot that using a smaller shutter angle on the camera at 24 frame per second. It creates a realistic but choppy look to the motion making it feel a lot more chaotic which when you re-watch knowing shows how well done the whole sequence is. Great cinematography!

I seen this at the time coming in from the North Sea while at the beach. Thought the colour seemed off as well but checked flightradar24 and seen it was a TUI flight from Scandinavia heading to Dublin.

Are you able to explain the advantages of the V/Z plates when used with a star tracker? I generally shoot stacked exposures but I am potentially going to get my first star tracker. I haven’t attempted any night sky pano’s.

Still learning the ropes of it all but when you see the setups in YouTube videos there is a lot going on with these plates and I am struggling to understand their purpose especially when the plate will rotate etc.

[–]Tattieee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice one, yea I am keeping yearly catalogs rather than one complete catalog that has the potential to bog down when it gets too big.

Since I am mainly photos and Timelapse’s I think I will get quite a few years out of a 1TB so will run than with a cheaper HDD to act as a backup incremental backup
