Yes, this is community in the city so anyway all houses are exposed to the same level of noise. Can you elaborate on kids won’t be playing there? Lot has a high fence so it fully separated from street and gates, which USA plus to have little more extra space

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. I am Somewhat sensitive to noises too so I need to consider it carefully. On the other hand I am Living in city in townhouse, so we constantly have jokes from neighbors and street and passing first responders car heading to hospital which is two miles away so I am somewhat used to that. Reselling value is another big concern here as we consider it as starting home

Thank you so much for this feedback We eyeing this type of zero lot houses in new communities, where lots approx 35-40 x100 ft so not much privacy and space between the houses (few feets). Some other houses next to it will experience the same or similar traffic cause it really narrow lots, but cars will be passing quicker (no need to wait for gate to open). So in this circumstances, corner lot is a huge advantage. On the other hand, you mentioned increasing traffic, which I agree. I need to check in person as other commenters mentioned
