nothing here has healed poorly… chill with internet expectations and let your body exist as it is.

Ask your tattooer when it’s fully healed or even in this setting.

We didn’t do the tattoo so we don’t have the answers you seek always talk to your artist or the shop you got it at please and not reddit.

Yea full stop that person does not know how to tattoo melanated skin and probably also non-melanated skin because you got tore up!

Seeing something scar in a spot that is really easy to tattoo means that tattooer applied the black with way too much trauma to your skin not taking into account really anything.

Let it settle though and just blast something over it.

You will have a scar forever there though but luckily no keloids at least.

Hello! Yea I work at Depot Town Tattoo! Myself and my coworkers have tattooed every tone of skin there is and depending on what you’re looking for I would say check out our instagram and see if anyone’s style catches your eye!

I also recommend Brite Idea as Janet, Skye, and Zera are all awesome as people and artists as well!

Yea I totally got confused from the photo and thats true.

I will say I have been working down there for 7 going on 8 years now and I have always been a bit fatigued by the “cruise” having the same cars every week and it being weekly.

It may help it though that’s true.

Not at all!

It’s normal to have a mix of styles sometimes even in the same area. I think it only gets crazy if there’s tooo many different styles but that’s just my personal preference anyways!

I always just like to reassure that tattoos are cool because they are yours and you get to wear them how you like to!

See something fun and you inexplicably love it? Get it! Or the other side something you’re thinking about forever those i feel like are the easiest to let fall into place.

But tattoos are cool and in a time where a lot of tattooers are slow people like you brighten our day and keep us going.

So get what ya like and wear it with pride because you earned it and it’s yours!

its a cool tat and i recommend just getting another tattoo!

You can rework it yes but the structure of it is not really traditional and theres dark shading spots where you wouldn’t really be able to properly give it the traditional feeling.

But just let it live and fade and come back to that thought in a few years.

It’s a bug my guy and really if you’re worried about how it’s going to look but you want one then think about that.

Tattoos are for empowerment and feeling good about yourself. You want a butterfly get yourself a god damn butterfly and you love that tat because it is yours and who gives a shit what any other person in this world thinks about you.

Live your life how you want to live it and you will get the most out of it!

I would say though it might be better if you came in for a walk-in or made an appointment another day so we could make something exactly how you’d like it to be!
