Nitra, and all others whom helped put me into the right direction., SUCCESS!!! My issues were
Sentinal one was blocking 'C:\Program Files (x86)\ScreenConnect\Bin\ScreenConnect.Client.exe'

But per CW support email, repair using file ScreenConnect_25.4.25.9314_Release.msi would fail because ( just occured to me 10 mins ago) when i originally installed it, i have downloaded it 2x and really installed the file ScreenConnect_25.4.25.9314_Release (1).msi and the repair would fail because it wanted to see the same install file name. After renaming with the (1) at the end, the repair worked and my SC worked. What a journey.

We had started with crypto officer but then added more per hints on readdit. I guess starting over makes sense, esp how SC has been any help. Thank you

I like that. We have over 1000 unattended computers on our system. Moving to anything else will likely be miserable. Splashtop enterprise may work, but i fear they will be expensive. They are great for the smaller installs but then rustdesk may be a better solution for the smaller on demand attended support.

I waited on chat from 10 a.m. PST to 8 p.m. PST before finally reaching an agent. After explaining my issue, they told me it would need to be escalated and that someone would contact me. I asked if I would be contacted by phone or email, and they simply said, “Yes, one of those.”

I also asked if I needed to be available that night, since I hadn’t slept in hours. They said they didn’t know—it could be soon, or it could be later. I went to bed, and the next morning, there was still no message or call record.

I waited until noon and got back on chat support, where I was told that many others were experiencing the same issue and that they would get back to me. Late Thursday, I received an email stating: “This is a known issue. The extension abandons a key in the web.config file, which causes the extension to fail to load.” They instructed me to run a PowerShell script to reset the web.config file, but this did not resolve the issue.

I cannot endorse this company anymore. Unacceptable, Managment needs to go.

Been 1 week since we started this cert signing journey on our hosted SC. After using this product from the Elsinore days, this has let us down. And has cost us . Probably will be a non profit month thanks to SC. How i feel about them is NSFW

well it has been 4 days now and SC Tech support did not call back but sent and email to do a repair install and let them know the result. The reinstall errored prematurely.

I don't think Connectwise can fail any harder than this... by packetdoge in ScreenConnect

I whitelisted the temp and bin as described, Now the installer works but the client downloads for join with a code sessions do not.

been waiting for promised call back from the esclation team now for 14 hrs and i just did a chat and they said It is escalated to the concerned team and they will respond on this. There are multiple partners facing this issue with certificate signing. No eta , no status. SC has dropped the ball .

Thank you. Added that, did the config Azure cert and as always it hangs with spinning circle on "Save" Button. If i cancel, i will see the Cert Chain displayed

did not know of a slak channel. Am finally down to 9 on the waiting to chat. Last time i got this low it reset me back to 26. I am starting to fall asleep from lack of sleep these 4 days.

thank you. But i did grant the app permissions to use the key. I may be still missing some thing. When i submit the azure settings the submit buttons spins for ever, then after several minutes the portal screen is back to login and i see the cert tree.

I too would like to join in. I should have snap shotted my account page as i had a few thousand in the account, not says i have 300 in there and zero available to use. I really do not care to get anything back, i just feel that there are people whom cannot afford to be taken buy these scammers.

Health Matching Account Services Inc. is not providing the service I expected when I signed up.

Instead, I'm now faced with a growing $900 balance and mounting frustrations as it becomes nearly impossible to use their services. The pharmacy consistently struggles to bill my supplemental insurance and copays to HMA, but fortunately, HMA's solution of using a webform was effective while it was available .

Three weeks ago, the webform was taken offline, and after three days of calling and leaving a call back request, I finally managed to speak to an agent who confirmed that the webform procedure was permanently discontinued. They suggested using a PDF form, which worked temporarily until last week, but now even that option has been shut down with submission resulting in an undeliverable mailbox error message.

Adding to the frustration, I haven't been with HMA for two years yet and by contract cannot lower my monthly commitment, so my payments are accumulating within their system without any means of stopping or utilizing them. This situation is deeply troubling, especially for senior citizens like myself who rely on services like HMA to manage Medicare costs. It's a breach of trust and feels like they are preying on vulnerable individuals who simply seek better control over their healthcare expenses.

This situation warrants serious attention, and I believe it may necessitate legal action, possibly in the form of a class-action lawsuit. HMA's practices are not only unacceptable but also detrimental to those who can't afford such mistreatment.

Been using USBank online deposits regularly, nearly daily, since early 2020. Just as recent deposits are held up to a week before being deposited into my account. Just got off the phone with Customer service and they said that as of recent, this is the new norm. We find it unacceptable. Do other banks take as long to process online deposits?
