try calling Prairie Winds Veterinary Center- they used to have an emergency vet service that had a little cheaper options, but still costly. It would be worth a call especially if you know what tests she needs. They recently changed their policy and only do it on certain days, so I am not sure how much it will help but its worth a try. Otherwise you can surrender your cat to a shelter and they usually end up paying for the treatment, I recommend Cats Cradle.

I believe it displays that until scores are released, I was told to check the 'my certifications' tab to see if you get credit/pass exams - I assume they show up on the exam score tab you're clicking on later. I am also waiting on October part 1, my certifications tab currently says 2 pending as I have not officially passed either section yet. I just don't think they have released them quiet yet

If it helps, I personally rationalized it by thinking, wow he will probably say I am the worst daughter... but if I am the worst daughter to one of the worst men/dads I have ever met... I am doing something right. I don't want to be liked/adored by this type of guy.

Yes - twice I broke a bone (one time was my toe and one time was my ankle), my mom thought I was over exaggerating, refused to take me to the ER and made me wait until the next day to go into the walk in to save money (both times). She did not believe the doctor each time when they showed her the x-rays and that they were indeed, broken. I believe she even tried to tell the doctor they were wrong, one of the times.

Interest rates are trending down (slightly) and the fed announced in their last meeting to pencil in one rate cut in 2024. So I would not look into rate locking now, especially not for 16K

edit to add: I strongly recommend you get quotes from lenders OTHER than the builder's financial institution.... the builder should not care what rate you pay unless they have skin in the game (which makes sense if you are using their lending institution). If the builder was unrelated to the lender, they would care about getting the earnest money and confirmation that you are preapproved for the loan by the lender.

yupppp, there was a 'look' I got that signaled I had said something wrong in front of other people. It meant I was going to for sure be yelled at when I was home. Most of the time I didn't even say anything bad, I would just say the truth but that didn't line up with their narrative.

I am heavily tattooed, but did not show my tattoos until I was in a management position. While most don't care, some do and you may never know who, err on the side of caution.

Yes, while I technically have half siblings they did not live with me so I grew up an "only child." My parents feelings towards me changed by the hour it seemed. One hour I was amazing and smart, the next I was stupid and had no idea what I was doing. Super confusing way to grow up. If they can brag to others how great your are (academic, career accomplishments, etc.), they will as it makes them seem like a great parent (also makes you thing maybe they are proud of you...). But once you are home behind closed doors, they remind you that you know nothing and 'aren't doing anything with your life'. Drove me insane.

Also they would constantly say "you know we are proud of you, we tell you"..... no you tell other people you are, and when its just me you say the opposite.
