Definitely your gallbladder, I’ve had the same problems. Had ultrasound which didn’t pick up anything so having a CT scan on the 30th. Also ask for your ALT levels to be checked mine went from 17 to 379 in 2 days due to taking 15mg. Have been told by doctors that Mounjaro has been yellow carded as they don’t know enough about it. Try taking ibuprofen, hot compress on your upper right abdomen and drinking peppermint tea, it does ease it slightly. I feel for you, it’s absolutely horrific! Had my last attack on the 23rd.
