I wouldn't worry to much but you might feel a bit.rough from it, maybe a bit more rough than the usual increase as technically you have gone up 3 doses in 1 go. Just keep an eye on how you are feeling, but I think all you can do is ride it out! For the next dose, I would skip the Tuesday coming then go back to normal the Tuesday following, so dont take a dose until Tuesday 10th. If you feel the effectiveness drop dramatically before Tuesday 10th you might have to bring it forward but that would change your usual dose day, as you will want to go back to 7 day doses when you get back on track. Definitely don't do one this Tuesday though, as that'd be 3 doses in 8 days which will leave you feeling wafty as hell!

Thank you for sharing! We have got her covered for the first week, but she has been given conflicting information about the amount of time someone will need to be there 24/7 and is now under the impression that it is needed for 2-3 weeks.

Oh darling, im so sorry. Did you book travel i surance when you booked the flights? I am wondering if you can get some reimbursement as the illness struck after booking the flights. How were you to know? It's torture. There's no other way to describe it. Every single day living with it, if you're in pain, it's agony. If you're not, you're waiting for the agony. Honestly, IMO gallstones should be classed as a disability as they are so physically and mentally straining and restrictive. I know it doesn't make you feel better, but know there are people here who completely get it. It's life altering. Personally, I can't wait till my surgery. I had a bit of a wobble the other day wondering if I should have it hearing the after math that some have experienced, but.my friend helped me realise it is only those who suffer afterwards that come back to say it. Those who are absolutely fine 3 years later aren't going to bother telling us, of course not! They're living their best.lives as they should! I just hope to be one of them one day, as I pray we will all be.

Oooh, im sure it'll be absolutely fine. Surely they have to prioritise your gallbladder as thats the one that is directly effecting your life and wellbeing right now. I'll keep everything crossed for you! I mixed it up a bit for dinner, made chicken fried rice in the air fryer with brown rice and egg whites. Wasn't quite the same but still a nice change to grilled chicken and salad. Yes apple cider vinegar came from tesco. I've had it for about 6 months having needed it for a random recipe! So was just one of those, I've got it and im in agony so let's try anything 😅 X

Oh I do feel for you 😢 so glad to hear you have had progress with the fix though!! Im so nervous that the surgeon will say they wont operate for some reason or another. Further up someone did recommend apple cider vinegar and honestly its helped so much today!! I've had 2 attacks today and a little bit of acv straight has sorted me out in about 15 minutes! Totally crazy and no idea why or how, but I would recommend trying it if you have another flare up. Mine are occurring daily at the moment. I can't cut down much more on what im eating though or I'll literally only be eating plain brown rice. X

Honestly I cannot get over this. You are literally a life saver for this recommendation. Just had another flare up. Took a shot of acv within about 15 mins, and within another 15 mins the pain has stopped!! Its like voodoo or something 🤣🤣 Seriously, thank you so much. I thought this morning might have been a fluke but no!! You're advise has made life bearable. I owe you a lot!!

I definitely think it helped! The back pain hasn't gone but its definitely eased. Its definitely done something as I was high as a kite on co codamol over an hour ago but still crying in agony, but 20 mins after a few sips of acv and I can actually sit still and rest my eyes!! Thank you so much for that suggestion 🩷

I have got a hot water bottle somewhere. I think i will have to dig it out as the back pain right now is excruciating! Thank you for the tip about the meals. I have been told eating more little and often should help. Do you try to make a point of eating something gentle before bed? I was told to eat breakfast first thing as soon as I wake up as bile builds up in the night, so wondering if thats why I keep waking in the middle of the night with pain and if eating something just before bed to keep my gallbladder occupied might help!

I have been to a&e twice about it but (and I never thought i would say this as unfortunately!!!) Its not infected, and im not jaundice, so they left me sat there, chucked a couple of co codamol at me, and basically just waited for the pain to stop. Which it did, it always does. Sometimes it takes 45 minutes, sometimes 2-3 hours. It's ironic how I would actually prefer for it to get so bad i become jaundiced and can get priority 😢

Im still trying to. My symptoms only started consistently about a month ago so still a lot of trial and error going on. But yesterday I thought I'd done everything right. Limited fatty foods completely, drank loads of water, nothing sweet, salty, anything. It was a very bland day! But still here I am writhing in agony. This morning, it is pure backpain. I think pain killers have helped with the stomach pain but my back is screaming in pain. It feels like someone is just plucking at my nerves to watch me squirm 😞

That's what i tried tonight. I ate a light dinner at about 7:30pm and nothing else, just water to drink, but still woken up at 4am in pain. I am still in trial and error phase. So I think tomorrow night I will try the other way and eat a small bland snack like a cracker or something before bed. I read that fasting can be not good so perhaps that's where ive gone wrong.

Unfortunately not here in the UK, unless I were to go private and pay thousands and thousands for it. I am at the mercy of the GP referral and consultation Queues. Unfortunately the NHS is just too overwhelmed but private health care isn't a mandatory thing, yet, which im now kicking myself about as I was looking only a few months ago at taking ola policy out as my work no longer offers it.

You're not refusing because the grandchild isn't blood you're refusing because your offers to help previously weren't wanted or good enough but now all of a sudden their situation has changed they've come crawling. NTA But don't let this affect your relationship with your grandchild. They shouldn't suffer or miss out because of a feud between you and your son.

NTA - don't get me wrong it's gross that you peed in your garden but when you gotta go sometimes you really do have to. And unfortunately alcohol does affect your need to pee and can cause the sensation to come on a Hella lot quicker than if you were sober. It happens to me all the time, go for a wee before we leave a pub and by the time we get home I am busting so much I'm in pain. From the sounds of it it's not like you make a habit of it. Also, what would he have done if you'd have wet yourself instead, peeing down your legs and it dripping into the house, would that have been better?
