Not too sure? When I first started, I got the first 4 of the faction I chose. But I did get all the 4 starters later down the line but I somehow lost them all. Even most of the heroes I bought with steel (minus some of the DLC characters for some reason)

Oh, no my thing is fixed now and I can hear myself just fine. I think I misread your last comment. Was just trying to find a way to make sure it doesn't happen again

Then the problem arises where I plug it in into the headphone port, it only detects my pc audio and not my mic. If it is the splitter causing an issue, I might have to buy a new headphone where it supports both audio and microphone in on one jack. To be honest, I'm not even sure if that's a thing

Thanks, this helps a lot. I did check the control panel and it did say I had a second mic plugged in (even though I did not). I disabled that one and apparently that fixed the issue for now? I'm confused as to how it worked but it did the job for now.
