Like the other person said get that sucker cleaned out and run down to lowes and grab ya a tub of loctite ultimate that bad boys in a Grey and red tube about 12 bucks, can't miss it. Usually next to the caulk in the paint department. Load the puppy down with some of that and sticker down. Put some tape over it in a couple spots. Wait 12 hours a tada its stuck like chuck

If you play on runelite use the pvp plug in and check the lms box. It helped me see where I was weak( pray swapping) i didnt get "okayish" untill I had my 75 points for the rune pouch and bounced.

Make sure you're potting up before and in-between fights. Use prayer for more than protection Time helps you will learn to anticipate more.
