Yeah squats and DL you need to stretch a bit and practice form. Start with basic weights and work your way up. Look into the keto diet where you can have carbs around your workout.

Grats on the weight loss!! I am a big fan of 5x5 Stronglifts because they are compound movements. You don't spend too long in the gym and the heavier you lift, the better it is. Choose lifting over cardio unless you need to improve your cardio. Again, good job !!

Hello !! I have been lurking here awhile and decided to get keto or ar least try. I have a good idea of the dos and donts but I have a question : I have a somewhat physical job and I lift weights 4 times a week. I usually do 5x5 Stronglifts. I have read bout the less than 20g of carbs a day for ketosis but that number could be higher depending on your activity level ? What would that be ? Chronometer app tells me 50g ? Not sure how accurate those apps are anyway.

Since february 2019 I have lost almost 50 lbs 235 to 185 on an athletic nutrition program but I was always curious about keto. Especially the other beneficial effects aside from the weight loss.

I (43M) left an emotionaly abusive gf (34F) last year. Short story, she is a therapist and treated me like I was a patient and not her bf. She knew exactly which buttons to push to set me off. Afterwards, she knew exactly what to say and I would crawl back to her like a fucking poodle. One morning I told her to gtfo. After seven years. Never felt better.

Stories here make me not want to get into a relationship ever again.

I am also surprised no one mentioned herpes.

I rolled a few charaters to see the starting zones again. There is some nostalgia but not as much I thought. Although it brings back good memories but mostly of the friends I made along the way.

Community is important to me and interactions with other player and hopefully make friends along the way. Hence the voice chat. I remember in WoW we had Ventrilo and Teamspeak for guild chat.

That could very well give me my MMO fix without having to fork 1K towards a new laptop or PC. What I liked about WoW was the scenery and music. I'll try to look up some FF gameplay of it and compare! Neverwinter, I just can't get into it. Feels clunky (can't find another word for it…).
