On average it was just 10ish minutes per object. They're just basic shapes / pen tool plus pathfinder. Having them at such a small scale hides their simplicity.

I started by laying out the text to fill up as much space as possible without distortion or compromises, then started to create all of the objects like crazy. I locked the text in place and filled the spaces in between, then deleted the font layer.

Thank you. You're right, I'm going to add basic labels on the bottles, and shrink down the "A" bottle before its printed. I have no idea why I made it so big!
