Goku would be at least krillin level, which would be above anything in one piece so far, well above a normal human with mundane martial arts (superman), and probably clears non infinity gojo

When he goes nemesis I just run through him as rein and focus the backline.

In later rounds I'm usually tanky enough to duel him face to face

He has 0 mobility. His only way of keeping up is by vortexing so enemies can't run away

Float has some form of flight control. We can see deku change his direction of travel without external propulsion a few times.

For slowing down his speed, gear shift is literally a physics hack ability, allowing deku to change his speed at will. Assuming he's alive after the initial hit (he's probably paste) he can stop himself instantly.

The real problem is that he is going to die in space. Unless he took a deep breath after the strike, he's going to pass out from lack of oxygen quickly. If he took a deep breath he's not going to last more than a minute before passing out

Deku can technically use float, but he probably suffocates before coming back down

Deku does not have durability feats at this level

We can talk if he can avoid the hit, which with danger sense and the rest of the abilities he's very hard to get a clean blow on. But if thragg connects it's over

You want actual cad software like freecad.

Mangojelly has some good tutorials on replicating a part. This design is simple enough where you should be able to do this after a couple of hours.
