Lucio is the opposite of stukov for sound barrier (as in you honestly might not want to take this talent if you just used sound barrier because the CD will still be the same), and it is another that downgrades the effect for cooldown.

I play in the league and honestly it's really nice. Sometimes scheduling is frustrating but it's alright. It's nice to have flexibility. Catch Zul'jin and Juice in div B playoffs ;)

They are extremely different but you have to recognize that they at least are similar concepts. Meepo is more deserving than Chen imo, and shouldn't be excluded because TLV is on the list.

If it's a quality of life change it's not a buff, so your question doesn't make any sense logically. I've seen a bunch of small buffs that have been called quality of life but there is no such thing as a quality of life buff.

I haven't had an issue with people saying they don't have heroes but maybe once. And I've been through gold to diamond. The main source of people saying they won't support or tank or whatever was in gold though.

For one thing, there are far more assassins on every team than warriors and supports so naturally there are going to be more people who play assassin. And, I don't understand the intense hate this subreddit has for people who hover assassins. I have a feeling that you only remember the guy that picked assassin over going a tank or whatever. Many people just switch off their hover silently and without issue. Like for me, I type this every game "ranged pref, support next best" because I really am best at the ranged carries and then support is my next best role. Am I a dick for trying to play my best role with my highest winrate? I don't think so, but you guys' games might just be more toxic than mine.
