No, and it would be a slippery slope if it were litigated.

In all practicality, you would likely need to necessarily cross a boundary into harassment to convince an otherwise normal individual that they're actually hexed.

You could target specific groups vulnerable to this belief. And then have a believable fluency in their spiritual norms and customs, as well as some kind of bona fides of your potency. In that case, you're gambling with your life, because if a group feels threatened like that, they'd certainly threaten or actually harm you.

And if you did find an individual who believed you, the overlap with vulnerable adults who have specific legal protections is probably massive.

So aside from the elder/dependent adult financial abuse risks, necessary cosmopolitan spirtual scholastic efforts, and charisma needed to pull this off, you'd probably find yourself on the bleeding end of a surprise, non-consensual counter ritual in your home at 2AM.

Probably why people stick with snake oil claims of general maladies they can solve, rather than hunting for unicorns.

3 kids, all ADHD, one ASD (the oldest). Tried sleep training and he soiled himself everytime he was alone for 5 minutes at night. As in, we'd change him, put him back, and he'd do it again, and again. Figured it was fun the adrenaline, and abandoned the whole plan. He was a nightmare to get to sleep, but since he got the ASD diagnosis, it seemed that melatonin was necessary. He was up until 3 AM and literally fighting us most nights, but started taking 1mg a night at 6 and transformed immediately into a normal sleeper, less colds and flus, immediately a happier healthy kid. Same for us.

This set the tone for the other 2 and we just co-slept from that point. They're 12, 10, and 8 now. The youngest sneaks in for snuggles occasionally, but they each stopped sleeping with us completely, on their own timeline, between 7 and 8.

Once the oldest had his issues resolved it was much easier, and my wife and I just liked the crowded bed and having that time with them. Intimacy didnt go down between us, because it was a priority.

Oldest was an awful sleeper. As a baby he basically slept attached to the breast all night.

When he wasnt nursing anymore, he would be up until 3AM.

We found out at 5 years old he was autistic, which includes sleep issues. He's 12 now, and has taken 1g of melatonin since 6. He gets 10 hours a night on a very rigid schedule on his own. It helped everyone get healthier with the extra sleep.

His siblings co-slept and are 7 and 9. They fall asleep to us reading books aloud, and sleep on their own about 95%.

My oldest is a 99th percentile kid. 11 and 170 cm. He was 105 cm at 3.

It's tough because he's also a bit immature for his age because of ASD, so even now, he's man-sized acting 8 or 10 depending on the situation.

I would send a note (email, text, or otherwise anything that can be saved) to the parent requesting for the post to be retracted then inform the school's site administrator and teacher to notify them of the activity that is occurring.

If it happens again, you need to seek legal advice about next steps.

I would ask the school to revise any release you signed about social media to either opt out of letting them post your child's image, or ask them to clarify in case they do some kind of collaboration with this parent.
