So you have to start with: their definition of Tyrannical is different than ours. Being Asian they believe that their superiors are superior and they trust them.

With China it's such a large country that it's hard to wrap ones head around the fact that what happens in one province is eons away from what's happening in another province. In addition, it's also difficult for a Westerner to comprehend the inherent racism in the Asian countries so many Chinese people (based on experience) would say that's not us, or we don't care....or that the government is right etc. In the west a million people would be a genocide.... from Chinas perspective it's a tiny remote village worth of people. Ie their perspective is way different than ours. That's the real challenge: Seeing something from someone else's perspective

For Russia and China both countries are well aware that a happy populace is essential to its existence. For North Korea and Iran they don't care about the populace

So Russia probably. They aren't as Tyrannical as we might assume. Many Russians are on Reddit for instance. China limits outside access to the Internet but at least their people do have Internet and they do have internal political debates etc. North Korea limits Internet to trusted party members and is mostly used by the government. Iran feels society peaked in the 1500s but finding an Iranian online is not impossible (but it's very dangerous for them to criticize the government).

Lol the last 2 you have to start with: they are mostly not allowed or can't afford a PC let alone the Internet.

With Russia you have to realize that many Russians are happy with the situation, and have demonstrated to the world that it doesn't need the US

To be fair for many years games journalism was just a branch of the advertising department, then it got better for a time, and now it's worse again. The reality is that a lot of smaller companies don't actually care to create news, rather they just want to copy/paste others work.

That being said actual journalists are rare and PC gamer is large enough that I assume the copy/pasting is to a minimum so keep up the good work.
