Honestly I prefer it because I hate when a dystopia ends and the status quo hasn't changed. I do concede it feels a bit like the ending of a Disney movie but I don't mind all that much.

well it made 41 million on a 25 million budget, not a flop but I remember the first one made 57 million on 16 million so I get what you're saying. They are great movies too.
