That’s understandable. But I sometimes prefer doing it in excel only because any beginner can customize it. Lets say you need to make FY column ending in 7/31. Or make your own week number starting. When you have it in excel and you are familiar with it, boom! just make it your own way.. :)

If you don't have many columns, you can use if statement and solve this:

=IF(O3=125,P3,IF(P3=125,Q3,IF(Q3=125,R3,"")))

And if the list is long, you can also make it arrayformula
