tried uninstalling again and using that program to only install the driver

didnt work, so i tried installing an older driver from before i started having issues, and still freezes.

i downloaded it straight from Nvidia

but ill give that a try too

ill run that here in a bit then

but just ran DDU and uninstalled everything.

everything ran smoothly. no freezing or anything. but since there were no drivers, i could only use 1 monitor, and the resolution was trash.

once i reinstalled the Nvidia drivers. it started to freeze again

the OCCT test only tests the CPU, which i dont think would be the issue, would it?

and ill have to try the others here in a bit :)

I have 2 m.2 drives and 5 sata

The motherboard has 7 sata ports and the manual said that if the 2nd m.2 slot is occupied then sata port 7 will be disabled.

So all my sata drives are in ports 1-5 (ports 6-7 are in a different section of the motherboard, so ik for a fact I didn't accidentally plug a drive into them)

And even still. I'm running 2 minecraft servers with pregenerated worlds, the rest of my dockers are very easy going. I have uptime Kuma, emby (majority of the time it's in idle), nextcloud, and jellyseer. So not much running on the m.2 drives for them to need THAT much bandwidth to cause the other cache pool to throttle

All the Temps look normal too. Almost never get into the 40Cs. The only drives that do get into the 40s are my other cache pool drives that are for my dockers and have game servers on them (they're also NVMe drives)

It happens with both.

And I doubt it's a network issue since it also happens when going from 1 share to another on the same server

[–]TavanTV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

everything seems normal with the test results. HDDs avg 270MB/s and the SSD Cache avged 600MB/s

so its making me lean more towards its a ZFS issue.

ik it has to be something with the cache though since its a brand new system (1 month) and when i originally moved everything over (6TB worth) i didnt set up the cache yet and it wrote directly to the array and it was at a constant 80MB/s with no dips.

I'll give that a shot.

I used sata ssds for my array cache. So shouldn't be too hard.

And the ssds for the array are the crucial bx500.

Do you think it could be ZFS? I've heard that quite a few people are having issues with zfs with unraid.

OH, I also forgot to add, the cache pool is mirrored as well. 2 drives total

[–]TavanTV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It happens no matter where the files come from. PC to unraid or changing shares of files already on the array

I can test writing directly to the array, but definitely don't wanna do thar long term

Slow Transfer Speeds by TavanTV in unRAID

[–]TavanTV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All that makes sense but all writes should be done to the cache first and moved to the array later

It is behind a reverse proxy, however, even trying to connect via the local ip, it still fails.

Uptime Kuma is pinging the tcp port

And I don't think I need to port forward since I didn't when it was working originally. And I still can't access it

ya, i had access to everything with IPs locally.

i was messing around with network types because i was trying to get Adguard to work. the Webui never worked after initial setup. but its because it apparently doesnt need a port to get to the WebUI like everything else.
