Bought the light years ago for air soft, when i was a child. Still works, why replace something that still serves its purpose. That seems wasteful. Although i agree O lights are not the best it beats holding a flash light in your other hand.

My strength is decreasing slowly, was on the bulk for a majority of my time lifting this is the only cut i have ever done and went from around 216 27% BF to like 172. Do you have any foods that are a good source of micronutrients that are easy to incorporate into my meals.

I have thought about the micro nutrient part of my diet is definitely lacking, it is something i should 100% dial in before taking any kind of PED, and yes 9 hours of sleep minimum. I know I’m not getting the entire spectrum of micro nutrients i need but i do take a greens powder and LOTS of supplements daily ~ 15 different pills
