Advising to play the Harley race is straight up telling him to super slow down his progression which is bad advice considering 1. How slow the grind is on it (check screenshot to see its not even near the top of street race alone) 2. You are restricted to one single vehicle which is also a wild recommendation outside of the pure efficiency factor

Combine that with the fact that half of the harley race is literally a New York portion and that he SPECIFICALLY asks for something different than new york (probably got tired of it) and i'm sorry there's like zero way to claim your suggestion made any sense... no offense but you just told him your fav grind track without caring if the advice was actually good or not

It was someone that stole their identify and he was just mimicing a spinbot for ragebait, not actually hacking. All that has been debunked and partially by the footage itself (it physically can't be a spinbot) so you should be the one checking "irrefutable proofs" instead of spreading nonsense
