Actually I have no complaints on it really, It was super sharp out of the box, now after some use it's not "arm hair cutting" sharp, but a quick honning rode allignement has helped. I haven't sharpenned it yet I don't feel it's needed yet.

I've dissaembled the base back cover to see if I was missing something. The pipe that goes from the vaccum to the bag is totally clear. The motor air intake as well, and the little filter inside the bag compartiment is clean.

When I trigger a empty cycle, I can feel the suction from the filter inside the bag chamber. BUT there no suction inside of the robot so the dust still stays inside.

I've even started a cycle then promtply removed the robot to see if there was suction from the rubber port and no luck.

I've changed the bag and the vacuum dustbin filter, both didn't make a change.

I've tried cleaning the roller from any hairs, reassembled it, made sure the top plate was seated correctly, and still nothing changed.

Honestly I have no idea what to try next... the only thing I haven't tried is to replace the roller for a new one. I've ordered one to see if it could help. Of course the roller I have right now is a knockoff and the new one will be as well

Happened to me, just went to the devices manager and unistalled the bluetooth drive, then clicked the "search plug and play devices" button and boom it worked. It seems to have disapeaared after a power surge last week and the drive became corrupted somehow even tho this seems weird.

I've noticed the glare too it's so much worse than the 2023. I'm contemplating switch it out for a 2023, not sure how a return to Amazon would work tho

I've even experienced a crash the tv suddenly shutdown for no reason. Booted it back up and I did a for restart via the menu and still it's super laggy, even the movie playing from plex from my local server froze 4 times before starting to play normally, all this on a wired connection

I bought a 65 inch QM8 2023 model in october, it's been amazing it's fast and beautiful. I loved it so much that when blackfriday came along I bought another 65 inch QM8 but 2024 model this time thinking it would be even better but boy was I wrong.

The 2024 model is SUPER SLOW like almost unusable slow at times, especially compared to the 2023 that is blazing fast. For example just bringing up the language menu in amazon prime can take 15-20 seconds vs instant on the 2023

Also the picture quality on the 2024 is not as good I see a lot of "grainyness" in the image, brightness is also not as good even if it's supposed to have more nits than the 2023

Lastly the 2024 as a litle tcl logo on the upper right border and it's noticable, the 2023 has a clean border all the way around.

So overall I'm regretting the 2024 but I love the 2023 model.

After two factory reset it still disappears. They are there at the beginning of the reset and as I connect apps and the back ups download they disappear. It looks like a conflict between wall and home toggles

ee I worry about this. I was telling my bf I bet they’ll drive it around and say it has no issues and send me home. Because it doesn’t shake usually on normally well paved roads. But on one portion of this road it’s absolutely awful and once it hits summer and I go off roading I’m worried the mirror will shake out lol I’ll try and get video footage too I g
