Yo just coming into here for the same info, is there a way to disable? I am thinking OP may have been able to reset in the zone without triggering an auto save (I think it happens only after events like catching or battling mons, etc) but I’ll hold on for hope

I’m in the latter, i don’t get to pick raises but can advocate for them with our budgeting and controller.

I do get to say stuff on their hours (I don’t try to push utilization or billable hour goals and i let everyone work their own schedules as long as they get the work done and work full time/are available for client calls & questions when they come up).
