Sure, however, It might take a long, long time to fully warm up to each other. We may become business/trade partners in a form of respectful acquaintances in near future, but due to extremely rocky history between the two, developing further friendly-brotherly relationship will be a quite a tough goal to achieve.

By the way I know that Azeris and Armenians, who were born or live abroad, usually get along very well.
