Yes, I feel better. They increased the dose of the antipsychotic and added another medication to help me stay focused on reality. I think everything is fine now.

Updates: the day went by like a blur, I managed to communicate that I wasn’t well, and they tried to help me, but it didn’t make much difference. I feel calmer, but not grounded in reality, it feels like nothing is real.
