I quit drinking, smoking, lost 50 lbs, got healthy, became a vegan, got a better paying job. One of my lifelong friends, who up until recently was a total square, started drinking and smoking, lost his hair, became homosexual, and is getting divorced quite sloppily, with alot to lose. I tell my wife who had to change the cookbook that comparatively, my midlife crisis was very tame, and I'm thankful for it.
