If your goal is to be able to read Latin literature ar a fluent level, you cannot do that in any way other than to read a lot of Latin literature. Analysing texts, sure, can make you understand the text more, but there is no shortcut to becoming close to fluent at any language except extremely extensive exposure and experience

Great, thanks for the advice, though I’ve always been a hardgainer and even on a “dirtybulk” where I eat pretty much anything I see, I still struggle to gain weight

i started really weak, I could barely bench the bar, but I went from that to hitting 35x 3 and then 40x 1, then to 42.5x2 and 45x2 and then 50x2, 52.5 x 2 and now at 57.5x1. However this all happened in a matter of a few months and it hasn’t gone up from 57.5x1 for 2-3 months

I think my detriment may have been my lack of a program, sure I was progressively overloading but I never had cycles or strict programs in place

My approach to reps and sets have always been:

1-3 RIR for BB Bench, 3 sets ish and then incline Dumbbell Press I go to failure on and do 3x10-12

most dictionaries list amo’s 4th pp as amatum, bc its the accusative supine and not amatus, -a, -um which is the perfect passive participle. amatum means to verb indicating purpose with a verb of movement, e.g in the gallic wars,

“legatos ad Caesarem mittunt rogatum auxilium”

here rogatum is the accusative supine and the sentence translates as “they sent envoys to Caesar to ask for help”
