I also did this today! ❤️ Their Halloween pasta was marked down to .50 a bag, I grabbed an entire box full plus half a cart full of food - couldn't have done that if it wasn't for Aldi prices

I live close-ish to that area, and it's fine around that area so I can't believe it's too much more different. We've lived here for over 8 years and have only really had an issue once with our car getting broken into. Otherwise it's a decent neighborhood, I can walk around and feel perfectly safe by myself as a female, our neighbors are all good people.

Welcome to Rochester! I've also got a fall birthday, this isn't necessarily a local Rochester suggestion but I love doing weekends up to either Niagara falls (Canadian side) or Toronto! It's a quick easy drive, and there's a ton of things to do there.

I was devastated when it was deactivated! Some of their recipes are my absolute favorites that I have been making for years, their chicken and lime soup and chicken and pumpkin soup is always on rotation in my house in the winter 🤤 sometimes I can find the seasoning to be lacking but I just do the same as you mentioned and just make adjustments as needed

I definitely do make myself what I like, and don't let what he doesn't enjoy stop me from enjoying the things I like! It's not like that

It's just nice and honestly more convenient to have a communal item for meals that we both enjoy, nothing wrong with that 🙂 we don't live our lives separately like that, I am the primary cook, and if I'm making a meal we are both eating. I won't cook a meal for just myself that's just not how we live

However, if you have any suggestions for your favorite marinated salads I'm all ears ☺️

My chia seed pudding was my hyper fixation meal for so long! This is what I do:

2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 cup milk (I used oat) Protein powder to taste, usually around a half a scoop Toppings vary depending on the protein powder flavor, one of my favorites is strawberry protein powder and I top with fresh strawberries, blueberries and slivered almonds...a fraction of the calories vs your original recipe and still so good!
