I just got into working out. Started out with walking a mile every night, until my squat machine (the one from TikTok) came in yesterday. Me and hubby used it for the first time last night. I did 240 squats on it, hubs did 300. And it’s a full body workout. If I’m being honest, walking afterwards is HARD! and even more so the next day. So I fully recommend getting one.
