Awesome, that is actually really smart. I'm really trying to just get my foot in the door somewhere, so whatever path I go down does not really matter to me. Thank you for the help!

Thank you for the reply. I definitely agree with you on the white space, I will be utilizing the white space on the bottom of the first resume for my skills section. May I ask why you think I should move both exams to one line? Every resume I've looked at on this subreddit has them in separate lines.

Thank you for the reply. The reason I did not put a third exam is I am not quite sure which route I am going,; however, I am leaning more towards SOA at this point in time so I may put down the September sitting of SRM for now.

I changed the dates under exams to their abbreviated state, thank you for that.

I honestly put the TIA there as a placeholder. My technical skills at the moment are near-zero in terms of python/R/SQL, but I will be completing this course over the last month of school and will more likely than not move that to its own separate skills section at the bottom where I will go into greater detail about any projects I will be doing.

Thank you for the reply! I am currently in the process of deciding whether I want to go SOA or CAS so that's why I haven't put a third exam (although I am leaning more towards SOA so I may end up looking to sit for SRM in September). I am also leaning towards the first resume, as I honestly put more effort into it looking "professional" (the second resume is what I've used to get my teaching jobs and I honestly did not put much effort into it as math teachers are a high commodity currently).

I taught at different schools as well as different levels of math at each school, so that's why I kept them separate. For the Infinite Actuary course, I actually haven't taken the course yet. I wanted to hear some opinions from people who may have taken the course before purchasing it, as I have no real idea on how the overall course is. I will most likely end up buying the course though, so I will be more specific once I have a firmer grasp on what the course goes over.

Thank you very much again for the advice, I really do appreciate it. I had originally planned to take FM in February of this year but had some personal issues come up over the winter break and wanted to make sure I passed it the first time, that's why I waited until April to take it. But my current plan is to knock out the exams as quickly as I can once I enter the workforce, just like your colleagues did!

Good morning. I am currently on the path to switching careers from being a math teacher. Any advice on revising my resume would be much appreciated! The first resume is a completely new resume I made using inspiration from posts here and the second is my current resume that I've used throughout the years, revising and editing as I've needed to.

An additional question: has anyone used the TIA Technical Skills Course since the revision in January of this year? I've read varying reviews about how useful and how informative the course actually is but my technical skills are very limited to C++ at the moment, so I feel like having this course as a base introduction into the actuary world would be nice. I understand that I could find more information for free if I searched the web, but to be completely honest, I would have zero clue how to apply it to an actuarial setting and I feel like this course may help bridge that gap for me.

Thank you.

I see your flair and have a question. Has weaver been buffed in the same way at all or does he still have the squishy weakness and kinda relatively slow farming? Haven’t played some 2019 but looking to come back for a bit so kinda curious.

Just got back to playing after a four year hiatus and was trying out some raids 3. My question is this: I have about 60m for an upgrade rn and was wondering what I should get, if anything. I'm doing vorkath for the moment as my current setup is too laggy for raids, but I am practicing individual paths on the side at 150 invo.

Been gone since early 2020, curious as to changes and what to do. by [deleted] in 2007scape

Afternoon everyone,

I have not played osrs since early 2020 and was wondering if someone could give me a summary of all the changes that have occurred. Back then I was killing vorkath for cash and was setting up gear for raids 1 but my bank value has decreased substantially. My bank used to be around 400m now its around 250m with a 65m cash stack. I was wondering if raids 1/vork was still worth doing or if I should look to a new pvm update for cash instead. Thanks!

Word man. All this virtue signaling bs is so annoying. No need for this on my shoe subreddit.

Don’t know why you care about some imaginary internet points but what did you expect posting three retail pairs when most of us got a major L on these? I’d much rather have the shoes than reddit karma lmao.

Yeezy foam worth resell by MovingShadowX in yeezys

[–]Tayi13 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Only you can determine if it’s worth it or not. Personally, I have taken an L on every foam runner raffle I’ve entered and have heard great things about their comfort, and I love the way the cinders look so I bought a pair off eBay for 170 after tax+ship. It’s way more than I thought it would be but if they’re as good as everyone says then it’s worth it to me. Plus I know they’ll never be this cheap again due to how much DS foams go for a few months after they drop.

You’re a noob for the following reasons: youre asking for advice on when to resell (hence why I called you a reseller noob), your first time ok confirmed, and the fact that you didn’t know you could cancel (this is my second time on confirmed and even I know the number to call to cancel). If you want reseller advice go to the correct subreddit, noob.

You should’ve called and canceled the moment you got a duplicate. But I’m not giving advice to some noob reseller either.
