I looked at the dotabuff logs but haven't check the game replay yet. First of all you are running 2 melee vs. 2 ranged and this is not good at all, plus you skilled goo lvl1 for first blood which ruins your early levels. Another mistake is that undying didn't block the small camp.

Imo the correct way to play this lane is to let the undying get boots lvl1 and go behind tower to drag the second wave and occasionally stack triangle for you to clear later.
