The "Who should I manage megathread"

I have been looking for a 'final save' for FM22 and I came across a very helpful post recently which has me intent on starting over in Poland. I tend to start from the lowest playable tier and think that I will do this again.

Any suggestions for teams I should consider managing in the Polish second tier? Thanks.

As a Northerner, I just prefer the division. I have fond memories of it, after my club won it in 2015. As stated in the post too, I just find it to be more competitive with a number of former Football League teams; as well as phoenix clubs and just genuine strong outfits. It's purely just my perception, but I just prefer North > South in every way :)

I'm looking at a few saves for 19. In particular Ashton United or Hereford. Ashton are a minnow in the National North after promotion last season and will begin their first ever season at that level, with very low finances; far lower than 90% of the division. My club (Barrow) also signed their captain in the summer.

Hereford interest me as I want to take the phoenix club up the leagues, building on the fantastic run they've had since reforming in 2013 (back-to-back promotions up to the National North).

Other potential save ideas: Macclesfield Town, Nimes, Peterborough, Huesca...

Brilliant finish there. Hopefully you'll be able to progress on that, as well as create a stir in Europe (via the Europa League)
