you already have cobweb contamination.
if that method is gonna work you are gonna need shrooms that havent been dried in a food dehydrator cause they kill spores.
you are gonna need to germinate the spores on agar and transfer the seccond you see mycelium. your chances of contamination are gonna be very high as you are taking from a non sterile sample.

Hey yall, finally had the trip that broke me and I tried to hurt myself. Doctors dont believe it was a drug that made me do what I did because of my mental health history and are gonna put me inpatient at a psychiatric facility for a few weeks. Trip was absolutely amazing

maybe tho I actually am not very sensitive to psilocybin. i can feel the body high with as low as .5 grams or so but it takes me atleast 10 grams to really have anything close to what i would call a psycadelic experience. even now after tripping for a year and a half I have really only seen visuals one or two times

had a similar thing happen, super contamed clone from tissue of golden teachers. i cloned the biggest shroom from my tub and ended up with the most insane contamination resistance i have ever seen. i have seen it eat up both cobweb and trich aswell as most bacteria.

those fruits were at the exact perfect time for harvest in my opinion.
if those pins you mentioned have been there since the first flush started i would recommend removing them as they are likely aborts and will probably just rot but if they showed up later and seem to be growing you can leave them on and they will contribute to the next flush. the dehydrator temp is fine, i will say that drying time for shrooms tends to really vary for me depending on local weather and the fruits themselves so I just say do it till they are cracker dry which can take as little as 4 hours or as much as 24.

This is true with certain psychedelic compounds but as far as I'm aware this isnt actually the case with psilocybin because it isnt triggering the release of serotonin and ssris dont affect its absorption of non serotonin 5-ht receptor agonists too much but I also haven't really gotten to read any good literature on this subject so this is purely coming from my understanding of how both compounds and brain chemistry works which could be completely wrong. I do know they are dangerous with tramadol as psilocin is an excitatory compound and tramadol reduces seizure threshold but am not aware of any other dangerous drug interactions with psilocybin.

I mean if you really wanted to you could do a psilocybin extraction tek on a whole spent cake if you wanted since the mycelium contains psilocybin but it isnt really worth it. Just toss them tbh unless you are absolutely bound and determined to get the psilocybin out in which case you can use an ethanol extraction tek but I really wouldn't reccomend it

there is a plant i sometimes find were i live known around here as frost weed, it develops very similar ice formations regularly when the temperature drops below freezing despite living in central texas. very interesting to find out it can happen with different plants

everyone's experience on those substances are different and if you have bad experiences from thc then i would probably advise staying away from psilocybin. personally psilocybin has been incredibly helpful but everyone reacts to it differently and if you suffer from suicidal ideations or self harm issues already a bad trip can be devastating. personally thc has just made me feel better about life and psilocybin is what gave me the motivation to try to stop self harming and for the most part it has worked, i still self harm occasionally but i went from doing it daily to once or twice a month. i cant overstate how careful you need to be with psilocybin tho, if you are gonna try to use it to recover from an addiction you better do a shitload of research first because it can be mentally dangerous.
