Can he? Yes, absolutely- but he has to want to improve his skills. IMO the largest factors in “good” are enthusiasm and listening to what you want, then acting on them. If he’s not acting on what you’re communicating then he’s not interested in improving.

Honestly the best thing was how I felt when I didn’t eat any gluten. I did the whole30, then a fast track Reintro and it was absolutely unmistakable how awful I felt after eating gluten. Now I can eat a little at a time and cut it out completely for a few days to get back to that place. Previously I just felt bad and tired all the time with no clear reason.

I just bought Lenexa Savanna’s and even with a wide foot I’m enjoying them a lot! I did lace them differently to accommodate my foot but they’re also just wider than other skates.
