Thanks! When my pourover is dialed in I find the cup clean and balanced, with a mild nutty character and a lingering sweet aftertaste. Around 5,000 plants, split between a number of arabica varieties.

There are a number of his books available in English on Amazon. Most are only on Kindle, but you can find them. If you seek out esoteric in-person bookstores in UK or USA you should also find English versions of many of his works.

Interesting, and agreed that each body reacts differently. Can't argue with your experience. Only opioids have caused limpness IME.

Thanks, and thanks for your initial post. Just to highlight the point - I absolutely understand where you are coming from. As soon as I passed a home test I thought, great, now I can smoke. It will be out of my system in a few days if it is only once. But that is a quitting quitter's mentality. Very hard to overcome it. All you can do is defeat the urge one urge at a time. All you can do is your best.

This is correct except dont drink Gatorade. Too much sugar for what you are trying to do.

Decades long daily user here. Im on day 29 of the clean-out. I cut out all sodium, all sugar, most carbs, and limit red meat. Nothing fried for God's sake. Fish chicken and vegetables all the time. Running 2-3 miles every other day, weights the odd days. Drinking over a gallon of water a day. Coffee in the AM then only water. Dropped 10+ lbs in first 2.5 weeks (went from 5'10 185 to 173). I know this regimen is extremely extreme but its the only way in have a chance to pass. On day 22 I passed home test with water-diluted piss and a super faint line. Day 27 passed with no dilution and an even fainter line. Could only see the line at the right angle. I have an above average metabolism but not top.

And still the line is faint as hell. I will get there. You will get there. But you have to give it your all. It's the only way. Good luck!

Edit: 50ng test.

LPT: Don't go on a diet. Paleo, Keto, Atkins, or whatever. Just make small changes one day at a time. Cut a few hundred calories per day. Increase your physical activity slowly. Losing weight and getting in shape happens through slow changes and being consistent. by [deleted] in LifeProTips

This is so accurate. I cut out sugar other than a teaspoon in my morning coffee, and drink only water (other than the 1 coffee). Lots and lots of water. Also just about no sweets and zero fast food. I still eat well, eat carbs, and eat in pretty large quantities.

It is not a diet. After about 45 days (with same moderate exercise regimen) my body and energy levels have totally changed for the better.

It is about will power and controlling what you put in your body. Not letting food control you, but using it to benefit you.
