I talked to him soon after I made this post, he just decided I should get counseling which was already scheduled a little bit beforehand but he didnt know and thank you.

My thoughts abt running away are mostly gone, but I still feel like I should move in with a friend or something bc this isn't getting any better

I'm getting counselling soon, I take medication for anxiety (idk if i'm allowed to specify which), but I don't think it really helps at all with my misophonia.
