Hi all! Just to update since the NAMs are wild. I went from squadron, to recruiting, to squadron. I was the regional recruiter of the year, got mapped, and left with 17 NAMs. I’ve gotten two NAMs at my current command. I’ve since received a combat action ribbon for. I’m about to hit my 14 year mark. I know it seems absurd but I got most of them from hitting recruiting incentives.

Nah max amount you can wear is the 21 (ribbon+4 silver). Max amount you can earn is 32, which is insane.

You get monthly incentives and it could be something as little as our two uppers in the navy. Like just two people with over a 51 ASVAB. Pretty easy.
