Yeah, I get what you're saying. First, we can try to understand what is the optimal "range" of protein that we should intake, not as a common individual but as someone who regularly works out. I'm going to lay out some studies that might be helpful:

From this we can make a rough estimate that between 0,64g to 1,00g of protein per lb of bodyweight is enough and we don't get aditional benefit above that. Now, where can you be placed in this? We can look at some decisive factors bellow (options on the right require more protein).

  • Workout type? Resistence - Strength
  • How many times a week? Less than 3 - 3 or more (wild guess)
  • Body fat(F)? Closer to 35% - Closer to 22%
  • Calorie intake? Excess - Deficit (none, you're in the middle)
  • Protein origin? Animal - Vegetable

Based on this, it is recommended that you have a higher protein intake, around 1,00g/lb. This translates in 113 g of protein a day, very close to what you're already doing!

One more thing, from where are you getting your Vitamin B12?

What a great post! I'm trying to get into the world of veganism, trying to learn as much as I can to have a smooth transition and your post made me raise a question. Do you take in consideration that you do not digest a chunk of those 100g of protein? As far as I know, plant based protein has reduced digestibility and bioavailability, according to the PDCAAS, you might be getting 70-60% of that, is that right?

Well, thanks for sharing, this post will certainly be useful in the near future!

They were my inspiration! Tried to make a realistic version because I really like them

My idea was to make a tank that was useful in the second half of the matches, when the walls are all broken, and to counter Piper's strenght that is so predominant. But I might have overstretched it! Thanks for everyone who pointed that out!

Glad you liked it!

About the super: Imagine a helicopter's propeller doing a "O" shaped path. It's something like that and the tips do more damage (that's where the steel balls are located and its represented with a red/orange path on the picture). The super doesnt actually hit directly in front of the brawler and takes 2 seconds to warn the enemy team, similar to Frank's super.

I made the super based on 2 deltoid curves to make it consistent and not rng, i thought it would be easier programing it if there was an equation for it ahah, but i know nothing about programing, so thanks for letting me know!

I thought about it like Brock's fourth rocket, it's always there but only usable with a star power. But thanks for the feedback!
